Vegan Blueberry Ice cream:
- 4 bananas
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- 8 pitted dates
- Peel and cut the bananas into small slices and then freeze them for 2-3 hours.
- Put the bananas in a blender with frozen blueberries and pitted dates.
- Add 2 cups of water and blend.
- Pour into container and freeze for 4 hours.
